January 30th, 2024- BC PNP draw issued over 194 ITAs.

On January 30, the most recent BC PNP draw issued over 194 invitations to apply (ITAs) in focused rounds for permanent residency (PR). This draw targeted specific occupations in demand in BC, including tech, healthcare, construction, and early childhood education.

In the BC PNP Express Entry and Skills Immigration streams, 89 invitations were issued for 35 eligible tech occupations. 

Another area of focus was early childhood educators and assistants, with 49 invitations going to applicants able to work with young children. 

29 invites also went to workers in 25 construction-related positions, ranging from managers and contractors to trades people.

Finally, 27 healthcare practitioners and assistants received invitations, spanning 39 eligible occupations.

The focused approach allows BC to invite candidates most likely to smoothly settle and integrate into the province’s workforce.
