Oinp Draw was conducted on July 16, 2024
The government of Ontario can invite people for permanent residence in Canada through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), an immigration program. Its goal is to draw in entrepreneurs, skilled laborers, and foreign students with the training and background required to boost Ontario’s economy.
On July 16th Ontario conducted four OINP draws sending 1,533 total invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR). The four categories involve the Foreign Worker stream, the International Student Stream, and the In-Demand Skills stream.
Invitations were sent to all OINP Expression of Interest (EOI) profiles that met the qualifying requirements and were formed under the aforementioned streams between July 16, 2023, and July 16, 2024.

Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot
The Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (EMPP) program is available to qualified displaced individuals and refugees who wish to work permanently in Canada. Through economic programs, the EMPP assists skilled refugees and other displaced individuals in immigrating to Canada and provides employers with access to a fresh pool of eligible candidates to fill employment openings.
