UNLOCKING OPPORTUNITIES: OINP’S HUMAN CAPITAL PRIORITY STREAM ON FEB 6, 2024

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program issued 2086 invitations to healthcare workers to apply for permanent residence on February 6, 2024. 

This targeted healthcare occupations through the Express Entry’s Human Capital Priorities stream. Invited candidates had CRS scores between 379-430 points. 

With this new round of invitations, Ontario continues efforts to strengthen healthcare delivery through bringing in healthcare personnel to fill key vacancies.

Candidates in the latest Ontario PNP Human Capital Priority (HCP) draw were eligible if they possessed:

  • An active Express Entry profile.
  • Demonstrated interest in Ontario’s nomination consideration.
  • Attained a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score falling within the range of 379-430.
  • Possessed work experience in one of the 42 designated healthcare occupations.

For the Ontario PNP Draw held on February 6, 2024, candidates are required to designate any of the specified National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes as their “primary NOC” in their Express Entry profiles.
