1,000 invitations were sent out in a category-based selection draw for individuals with professional expertise in trade occupations in the most recent Second Express Entry draw, which took place on December 19, 2023. To be qualified for the Trade Occupations category, you have to:
Have a minimum of six months of full-time, uninterrupted work experience in a trade occupation that falls within the Trade Occupations category, either in Canada or overseas, during the last three years.
