Human Capital Priorities Stream draw
HUMAN CAPITAL PRIORITIES STREAM DRAW

On March 21, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) executed a pivotal  Express Entry draw and issued 2,281 invitations to apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination.

It is the fourth draw for the Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCP).

Invitations were delivered to Express Entry profiles generated between March 21, 2023, and March 21, 2024.

Invitations were extended to Express Entry profiles having a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 468–480 and a major occupation in one of the tech vocations listed below.

Earlier, 2,104 invitations were sent out on March 7th as a part of the HCP stream focused on technology-related occupations.

NOC Codes

  • NOC 20012 – Computer and information systems managers
  • NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
  • NOC 21220 – Cyber Security specialists
  • NOC 21221 – Business systems specialists
  • NOC 21222 – Information systems specialists
  • NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
  • NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and programmers
  • NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
  • NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers
  • NOC 21233 – Web designers
  • NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
  • NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
  • NOC 22220 – Computer network technicians
  • NOC 22221 – User support technicians
  • NOC 22222 – Information systems testing technicians

These individuals who successfully received OINP nomination will receive additional 600 points, raising their CRS score to between 1068 and 1,080, ensuring their Permanent Residency.
