BC PNP Draw Results

British Columbia held a new round of invitation draws on March 19, 2024 for several streams of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP).

In the general draw, invitations were issued across multiple categories:

Skilled Worker: 88 invitations with a minimum score of 125

Skilled Worker – Entry Level and Semi-Skilled: Invitations with a minimum score of 98

International Graduate: Invitations with a minimum score of 125

International Graduate – Entry Level and Semi-Skilled: Invitations with a minimum score of 98

In addition to the general draws, BC also held draws for specific targeted occupations:

Childcare occupations: 27 invitations were issued with a minimum score of 80 for the Skilled Worker and International Graduate categories (including Entry Level).

Construction occupations: 21 invitations at a minimum score of 85.

Healthcare occupations: 30 invitations at a minimum score of 80.

Veterinary occupations: Fewer than 5 invitations at a minimum 80 score.

The minimum score requirements indicate the minimum comprehensive ranking score needed to receive an invitation during that draw. Candidates with scores above the minimum were invited.

These draws allowed British Columbia to welcome skilled workers across a variety of key occupations to support labor needs across the province’s economy. Those invited now can apply for a provincial nomination from BC in a later stage of the process.
