Additionally, in a strategic move to advance the Economic Mobility Pathways Project, a targeted draw was conducted, resulting in the issuance of 12 invitations to selected candidates. The targeted EMPP draw helps refugee claimants transition to permanent residence in Ontario.
This specialized draw serves a dual purpose by not only identifying individuals who align with the EMPP’s goals but also facilitating a crucial transition for refugee claimants into permanent residency in Ontario. The Foreign Worker stream has received the most invites thus far, with 3,117, trailed only by the Masters Graduate stream, which has received over 1,300 invitations.
