On July 8, 3,200 invitations to apply (ITAs) were distributed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for the newest Express Entry Draw of 2024. This the fourth draw of the month focusing on French language.
All Express Entry profiles having a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 420 or higher and at least level 7 French language competence were the primary focus of this round of invitations.

Overview for the Month of July
9,670 invitations to apply (ITAs) have now been sent by the IRCC for 4 Express Entry draws this month, nearly matching the total number of invitations sent in May and June.
For all intents and purposes, Express Entry draws have been quite busy this month. Draws are normally held by IRCC every other week, with two to four draws occurring on average each month. In contrast, February saw six draws, making it the busiest month of the year to date as compared to April which had four draws, this year.
